New York, NY (September 2, 2009) –– MTV grants fans another exclusive preview of one of the most anticipated films and soundtracks of the year, The Twilight Saga: New Moon during the “2009 MTV Video Music Awards” on Sunday, September 13, 2009 at 9PM (Live ET/Tape delayed PT). After revealing the film’s first trailer at the “2009 MTV Movie Awards,” the network will once again treat viewers to an expanded trailer from Summit Entertainment’s second installment from the widely popular Twilight series that opens in theaters November 20, 2009. The movie’s cast has also been confirmed to appear including Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. Also during the show, MTV.com will exclusively unveil “Meet Me On the Equinox,” the lead single off of the New Moon Soundtrack (available October 20, 2009) from VMA nominees Death Cab for Cutie.

The Used have revealed their originally written track for New moon called “For you i would”.
“It’s gonna be a big deal,” Bert told take40.com. “We wrote a really awesome original song for the movie.”
The New Moon Soundtrack will be available from the 20th of October.

Eclipse begins shooting this week in Vancouver.
It is all so top secret that even top Vancouver casting people aren’t getting the locations and call times for actors until hours before and they are using coded signs for the production eg: This shoot uses the working title TSE, or Twilight Saga: Eclipse

The twilight examiner has information regarding a ‘barn scene’ that is set to be included in the upcoming Twilight Saga: Eclipse movie. Onlookers were able to take photo’s of the crew setting up a barn that is believed to be linked to the character Jasper and his past, being Maria, a vampire who creates an army of newborn’s.

Producers on Summit’s third “Twilight” pic have cast Catalina Sandino Moreno, best-known for playing the title character in the indie drama “Maria Full of Grace,” to play the vampire character of Maria.
The CAA-repped actress will take on the role of a woman who tries to create a newborn army of vampires, recruiting the Confederate soldier Jasper to her cause. In Stephenie Meyer’s book, the character is described as a petite brunette with a soft voice.
The Hollywood Reporter has recently announced the news that The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’s cast will include Jack Huston as Royce King, II.
Huston joins a growing line-up of Twilight series newcomers for the third film, including Xavier Samuel, Bryce Dallas Howard, and the one and only Jodelle Ferland.
Huston is a relatively new actor, with about five years of experience, but he is of blue blood in Hollywood, and has already made a name for himself amongst the greats.

Peter Facinelli was replaced by Kellan Lutz!
With a heavy heart we have to advise that Peter will not be able to join us in October as his new television show Nurse Jackie has been picked up for a second season and will be filming. We look forward to Peter joining us in the new year as he his anxious to come our to Australia and meet all his fans.
And Charlie Bewley is now confirmed to be attending along side Chaske Spencer, Tinsel Korey and Kellan.
